Welcome to the website of the City of Preston Pipes & Drums...
The aims of the band are to continue the Highland bagpipes and drums tradition, to play at a variety of venues, events, street parades, concerts, shows and gala days - and to allow everyone to discover and enjoy the wonderful timeless sound of pipes and drums.
The music the band plays generally consists of music from the Scottish, Celtic and Gaelic traditions, and we play the full reportoire of traditional folk tunes, ballads, marches, dances and jigs.
The band is available to hire for Festivals, Gala Days, Charity Fund Raising Events, Weddings, Private Functions, Birthdays and Church Parades.
